Circa 1800, Probably Georgia or upstate South Carolina.
 
Well detailed case with serpentine top, surrounded by a banded edge and continues down to two graduated drawers flanked by a single wine drawer and a single door at the opposing side. Six tapered legs with bellflower inlay and banded border.
 
Mahogany, the secondary wood in this piece is yellow pine and what appears to be cypress
